Darkwing Duck Fulfillment is Complete Except for Missing Surveys

We've shipped out all of the Darkwing Duck orders, including the dust jackets, to all the backers we can at this point. We still have 46 backers who have not yet filled out the shipping survey information on Backerkit. Here is the link to recover missing surveys:
If you are unable to fill out your survey, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance in resolving any issues. We have your books ready to ship and would love to send them off to you ASAP. Let us help you complete the process to send your pledge rewards.
We do have 7 backers whose credit cards were declined in the pledge manager. If you are one of those backers you should have received an email from Backerkit that gave instructions for how to resolve the issue. Usually it is as simple as unblocking a card or using a different card to complete the transaction.
If you received your books and had any kind of problem - missing items, damaged books, or any issues - please let us know via email so we can help resolve those issues for you.
We will continue to follow up on the remaining pending surveys and as we see them filled out, we'll arrange to have those last orders shipped.
All Replacement Dust Jackets Have Shipped

At this time, we have completed the shipping of the Darkwing Duck replacement dust jackets. The last of the packages went out today - if you were waiting to get them for your order please check your email and junk folders for tracking supplied by USPS.
We are shifting focus to send out any straggler orders from backers who recently replied to the survey information beginning in the morning. We still have over 50 backers who have not yet filled out the shipping data on the Backerkit Pledge manager. Darkwing Duck Dustjackets - Suggested Folding Instructions

We are just about completely through all shipping of orders that can be filled for Darkwing Duck. But we still have 53 customers that have not completed the pledge manager shipping process. If you are one of those people - or you would like to double check to make sure your shipping is correct - please go here to Backerkit to recover your survey:
We are now shipping Darkwing Duck dustjackets to everyone who received their hardcover books previously. Upon receipt of your new dustjackets, you'll need to place them on your books so they can be displayed on your bookshelf. We wanted to give everyone some directions for doing this so that the dustjackets aren't damaged during their placement. Here are some step-by-step suggestions to make sure you get the best result possible:
Dustjacket Installation Steps:
Use a flat, clean surface and rest the open dust jacket white side up. Align the front cover facing you.
Open the book and align the front cover facing you
Gently align the front flap so that the purple portion overlaps the book front cover.
Softly bend the purple flap over the front cover and edge slightly with your thumb
Close the book and turn it over to the other side.
Gently pull back on the dust jacket until you feel a tight tug.
Align the back cover facing you. Open the back cover and repeat steps #3 & #4
Please watch your email for a tracking number from USPS that indicates the status of your dustjacket shipment (check your spam and junk mail to make sure it hasn't been caught in that filter).

Darkwing Duck Initial Orders Are Filled

We're happy to report that all of the remaining orders that we could fill have been completed and are on the way to backers. There are still a few exceptions to that - folks who have not completed their survey/shipping information and a small number of orders that have outstanding issues being resolved. We currently still have 57 backers who have not replied to the pledge manager. Reminder emails have been sent again at this time. And we are including the link right here for anyone who needs to access it directly:
Our team is now focusing on sending out Dust Jackets to everyone that previously received hardcover books. Those are in the works and should be finished going out to everyone by the end of next week.

Darkwing Duck Dust Jackets Have Arrived!

The Darkwing Duck dust jackets have arrived at our warehouse! Here is a look at the pallets that just showed up on our dock.
Our team is working on receiving and breaking down the dust jacket shipment so they can be applied to the books and shipping will begin again for everyone. We'll be sending out open orders with the dust jackets applied to the books. And we will be sending out free dust jackets to everyone who has already received the hardcover books in a previous shipment. We use USPS to ship so as soon as your package goes out, the post office software should email your tracking automatically. As we work to get these orders out the door, we will keep you updated on the progress and be working to answer any questions that come up.
