Darkwing Duck Fulfillment Status 3-25-25

We have completed the first round of shipping on the Darkwing Duck graphic novels at this time. Over 2100 orders are in the mail and making their way to backers through USPS and USPS Global Shipping. Tracking was emailed from USPS as each package was sent out. Please check your junk or spam folders if you completed your survey and shipping details.
There are 80 backers who filled out the survey information after the first wave of shipping began. And we have 211 backers who have not yet replied to the Backerkit Pledge Manger surveys. We sent out email reminders to each of the pending backers again today. If you have not filled out your shipping address & info and can't find your email notification or survey - you can fill it out directly right here:
We would like to get as many backers completed so we can begin the next wave of shipping. We're giving pending backers until the end of the day on Friday 3/28 to complete the surveys and be included on the next wave. We'll begin shipping everyone that is completed again on Monday 3/31.

Darkwing Duck Fulfillment Progress

We are nearing 50% fulfillment of our first wave of orders at this time with hundreds of packages going out every day. Our hope it to be closing in on completing the first wave of shipping by this time next week.
When the first list is completed we will begin a second wave of fulfillment for anyone that filled out the survey after we began filling orders. We have started shipping out orders for the Darkwing Duck collections at this time! Please watch your email for the tracking information for your order as we work through the list of orders. There are a lot of packages, and it will take a few weeks to get through them all. But we will be working non-stop to quickly fill as many orders as we can. If you receive your package and have any concerns — missing items, damages, or lost packages — please contact our customer service team at [email protected] so we can replace anything we need to in order to ensure that you are completely happy with the books. We know you will love these books as much as we do!
Darkwing Duck Collections Are Shipping to Our Warehouse From the Printer!

The printer has confirmed that the Darkwing Duck graphic novels have shipped from their location and are in transit to our warehouse at this time. We’re watching the tracking closely and our warehouse team is ready for the arrival of the shipment. Once they arrive at our loading dock, we will immediately begin breaking the cases down and preparing the books to ship to all the backers. We’re in the home stretch and are excited to start shipping books to all the awesome Darkwing Duck fans.
Darkwing Duck Printing is Complete!

We have some good news to share and a great way to end the day. Our printer has confirmed that all three of the Darkwing Duck volumes have completed printing, and they are going through the quality control process making sure each one is perfect. It normally takes about 10 days for quality control and packing the books into their shipping cases. At that time the graphic novels will be shipped to our warehouse, and we will begin the process of filling orders. Please make sure you have filled out your pledge manager survey as that is the information we will use in shipping these books out when they arrive (see the link below).
